Retailer: Tobacco retail businesses engaged in the retail sale of premium cigars, specialty tobacco products, and related tobacco accessories directly to consumers from a physical location. Online-only retailers are not eligible for membership.

Required Documentation: State retail business license, state tobacco business license (if required in your state), photos of your business (inside and outside).

Note: if you are in the process of establishing your retail operation but have not yet opened for business, you may still qualify for membership.
